These rentals consist of all rental apartments, houses, and commercial properties that are not subject to rent regulation. Most commercial properties are free-market rentals. - Rent increases (These can happen at the end of a lease, and the landlord determines the amount.)

- No pets/No smoking/No washers/no dryers (The landlord can expressly state different terms in a free market rental in the lease agreement.)
